We warmly invite you to a 7-day transformative spring retreat, taking precious time to recharge and nourish yourself. Stay in a green valley in the middle of nature, not far from the beautiful South- and West coast beaches. Connect with the essence of the spring, yoga, and meditation that will awake your inner blossom and a diet that will prepare and enhance your immune system in this special time of the year.
Start and end the day with yoga in our beautiful yurt and spend time to relax by the pool, go to the beach, take a massage, walk in nature, surf, breathe, be. Experience a sound healing session, learn about plant-based cooking and healing spring herbs prepared especially for you.
Take home a rejuvenated, relaxed and strengthened body, mind and soul, and lots of inspiration and practices for your daily life to stay healthy and happy.

7 nights accommodation in a shared 2-bed room/ tipi (with one person), 7 morning- & 3 evening yoga classes, all days breakfast and take-away lunch/ snack, 4 dinners, plant-based cooking class (incl dinner), welcome snacks at arrival day, evening sound bowl healing session, spring herbal walk and workshop, all-day tea, water and fruits.
You will have an evening program with yoga/ sound healing and dinners every night except a) the arrival day has healthy welcome snacks and no yoga plus b) one free evening without yoga/ dinner, so you have the opportunity to go out for dinner or spend a long day at the beach, go on a tourist trip, etc.
A typical retreat day looks like this:
8.00-9.30 am morning yoga
9.30 am breakfast
10.30 am – 17.00 pm free time (we can organise massage & activities, get in touch for more info)
17.00 – 18.00 pm restorative yoga/ 1x sound bowl healing session
19.00 pm dinner
Flights: To Faro (1,5 hrs drive) or Lisbon (4 hrs. drive to Val Verde). As we are located in the middle of nature, with no public transport nearby, we recommend booking a rental car to get around. The car rental at Faro airport is fairly cheap, we can help you to connect to other participants in case you would like to share cars.
